Before you book...
We understand that life can throw curveballs, however, we do take our appointments and our stylists’ time seriously. Thank you for your cooperation with upholding your appointments!

Additional Notes:
- Any Returned Check will be charged a $25 fee
- During the winter months, we may have to close due to the weather. If we cancel your appointment due to weather, we will do our very best to reschedule you back into our system at a time that will work for both you and your stylist.
Our Cancellation Policy:
- 48 Hours notice NO Charge.
- 24 Hours or Less notice, a 50% charge of the service you were booked for will be sent via invoice or added to your next appointment balance.
- A NO CALL NO SHOW will result in an invoice will be sent of 100% of the service you were booked for or the balance must be paid via credit card over phone or in person before another appointment can be made.
- ANY appointment such as a Balayage, Creative Coloring , Corrective Color, Brazilian Blow Out service or services taking 3 hours or longer will require a non refundable $75 deposit to reserve the appointment time. This will be deducted from total service price day of. This will also apply if you are rebooking more than one appointment out in our books under these services.
